Shipping Policy

All retail orders are processed within 3-7business days.

Wholesale orders could take up to 7-10 business days.   Once processed Shipping is 2 day priority 

🚨🚨 when paying for shipping , if you pick next day , that is only for shipping !(for UPS or USPS) We still have a processing time frame. If you want to pay $50 rush fee please contact us via chat or email and we will have to send an invoice if we are able to rush orders at that time !! 

✨✨✨✨ In the hot summer months the body butters can melt during shipping We are doing everything to avoid that .We will not ship body butters at the end of the week . That’s to avoid it be stuck in the warehouse over the weekend We are shipping with insulated packaging and ice packs.  PLEASE SHIP WITH POST OFFICE (USPS) the ups trucks are extremely hot! If you ship with UPS And your package melt we will not refund you and you are responsible for shipping cost!!! Thank you 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Money Barbie is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number  and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service. Or UPS
